Project Overview
I designed and developed the Sonic Incytes Resource Library to create a centralized destination for clinical, scientific, educational, and marketing materials. Built in WordPress using Elementor, the page combines intuitive navigation with HubSpot-powered gated downloads, making it easier for healthcare professionals to discover resources while supporting the company’s lead generation efforts.
Challenge
As Sonic Incytes expanded its library of downloadable resources, the existing page became increasingly difficult to navigate. Although additional resources could be added, they were presented as one long list, making it harder for users to quickly locate the information they needed. The marketing team wanted a more organized experience that could continue to grow while improving usability and simplifying content management.
Solution
I redesigned the Resource Library around a category-based navigation system, organizing resources into dedicated tabs for Scientific Posters, Publications, Clinical Brochures, and User Guides. This approach allows visitors to quickly browse relevant content without scrolling through a single, growing list. I also integrated individual HubSpot forms and automated workflows for each gated download, providing seamless lead capture and automated resource delivery.
Results
The redesigned Resource Library transformed a simple list of downloads into a structured, scalable content hub that is easier to navigate and maintain. Visitors can quickly find the resources most relevant to their needs, while the marketing team benefits from automated lead capture, streamlined content management, and a flexible system designed to accommodate future growth.
